Terms
What this site promises
Very little, and it is worth being plain about which little. Everything published here is an estimate produced by a statistical model. No number on this site is a prediction of a single result, nothing here is betting advice, and every stake anyone places is entirely their own.
This page
What you are agreeing to
Using this site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the remedy is to stop reading it — there is no account to close.
The site is operated by [operator not yet named], who can be reached at [contact address not yet set].
Who it is for
Adults, in places where this is legal
This site is for people aged 18 or over. Whether betting is legal where you are is your responsibility to know; the site is published from one jurisdiction and read from many, and it makes no claim about the law in yours.
The substance
Estimates, not predictions
Every probability, every expected value and every verdict here comes out of a statistical model fitted to past shots. A model is a description of what has tended to happen, not a claim about what will. No match on this site is one whose result is known.
The published backtest is measured in-sample, and the method page says so: it is scored over the same matches the model was fitted from, so the real figures are lower than the ones printed. There are markets the model has no skill on at all, and they are named on that page rather than hidden.
Nothing here is financial advice, investment advice or betting advice, and none of it is personalised to you. Every decision made on the strength of a number on this site, and every consequence of it, belongs to whoever made it.
Availability
No promise that it is up
The site is offered as it is. It may be slow, wrong, half-updated or entirely offline, with or without notice, and any part of it may change or disappear.
Data comes from third-party providers. When a provider is late, missing a competition, or simply wrong, this site is late, missing a competition, or wrong along with it.
Ownership
Who owns what
The writing, the design and the code are the operator's. The underlying match and player data belongs to the providers it was licensed from, and is published here for reading rather than for redistribution.
Reading the site, quoting it with attribution and linking to it are all fine. Copying it wholesale, scraping it systematically or republishing it as your own are not.
Use
What not to do to it
Do not scrape it at a rate that costs the server real money, do not try to break into it, and do not use it to build a competing copy of the same data.
Automated access that behaves itself is not a problem. Automated access that treats the site as a free API is.
Outbound links
Where these terms stop
Links to other sites are there for the reader's convenience. What is on the other end is not this site's responsibility and not covered by these terms.
Liability
The limit
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site — including, and especially, money lost betting.
Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not permit to be limited.
Worth saying plainly
If it has stopped being a choice
Betting costs money over time. The margin on every price is designed so that it does, and no model on any site changes that arithmetic in your favour reliably. Stake only what losing would not matter.
If you are chasing losses, hiding what you stake, or betting money you needed for something else, that is the point at which it is worth talking to someone. Help is at [help service not yet named].
Privacy
Handled separately
What the site collects is set out on its own page, and the short version is: a language cookie and server logs.
Law
Which one applies
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's own jurisdiction. Any consumer rights you have where you live are unaffected by that.
Changes
When they take effect
These terms may change. They take effect when they appear on this page, and the revision date below is the notice.
